Britney Spears spent another afternoon at the gym with her personal trainer yesterday, though I can't imagine she was sweating it out too hard with the aviators on. While she was working out there was a Britney-based court date, but thankfully no drama attached. Sam Lutfi agreed to an extension through July on the restraining order against him, though he was careful to make it known that he's still in touch with the Spears household.
