Nicole and Joel Go to School, Harlow Plays Hooky

Before her night of party hopping, Nicole Richie was back to traffic school in LA yesterday with Joel as her copilot. She made the most of the warm weather in LA by showing some skin in her billowy dress though she was missing our favorite accessory — her little baby girl. We know we're on a little Nicole-frenzy today, but ICYMI, we're still not over all the amazing Harlow airport cuteness from yesterday.
