Penelope Cruz chatted away on her phone after leaving the Dolce & Gabbana store in Madrid on Wednesday — we can think of one person in particular who might be responsible for that smile. She's been busy prepping for her next collaboration with Pedro Almodovar, but at the end of May the Spanish beauty will be off to Cannes! Her Vicky Cristina Barcelona will be premiering at the film festival, and we'll be getting double the fun since her man Javier also stars in the movie.
