OMG - she got a boob job! I have fake boobs myself and can tell when someone else has them. They're very small which is good 'cause you can't usually tell. The only reason I can is because she has her arm stretched back and very little upper body fat so you can see the roundness of the implant. It's most likely over the muscle too.
