It was back to traffic school yet again for Nicole Richie in LA yesterday, but it must be hard to concentrate on her driving skills with a new baby at home. She's made it clear that everything has changed since little Harlow came into her life, and told Extra how even her friends are cleaning up their acts now that there's a baby around.
