Mandy Moore and her man Ryan Adams got a little touchy out around LA yesterday. Back in March we reported the rumor that Mandy and Ryan were an item, but haven't heard much about it since. Now, the couple (sure?) was spotted out shopping at a comic store and vintage guitar shop.
