Lauren Conrad signed autographs outside of Crown Bar in West Hollywood last night with BFF Lo right by her side. Even Hills co-star and ex — with his own show on the way — Brody showed up to hang out with the girls. Lauren sported those summer braids she loves so much, and from the looks of the season four trailer (after the jump) we'll be seeing a lot more of the hairstyle!
