Dolce and Gabbana threw a party at Baoli, Port Canto during the Cannes Film Festival this weekend, and things must have gotten hotter because the dresses keep getting shorter. 4Andrea and Tatiano Santo Domingo. He's second in line for the throne of Monaco. His sister is Charlotte Casiraghi. They're not Royals though. Their mom is. Their mom is Princess Caroline of Monaco (now of Hanover, too). Also, their grandmother is Grace Kelly.
