Stop us if you've heard this one before — Heidi Montag told Us Weekly that she's ready to settle down and marry Spencer Pratt! Apparently she got re-inspired to plan a wedding during a vacation in Mexico where she read Bible passages to Spencer about "honoring thy wife." Perhaps they were already making preparations during their shopping trip in LA yesterday.
