How old is she & she has a doll?????

I love Victoria's jacket.

It kinda looks like one of those American Dolls. My neice is 8 and she loves those things. They have an American Doll Cafe in NYC, so I guess they're a big thing... Besides, the girl doesn't look THAT old.
