Britney Spears can make decisions at the grocery store like she did last night, but apparently she is still not fit enough to take part in her legal hearings "in any meaningful way." The court commissioner determined this yesterday, so her doctors are going to run more tests soon. Her lawyers are expected to file a business plan for the pop star by June 13, so we should know more in just a few weeks.
