The weather must have been confusing Hilary Duff yesterday in NYC because she changed her ensemble halfway through the day. From covered up in a loose dress and scarf to showing off the stems in some short shorts and a summer shirt. Although, we can't blame her for wanting to change so often considering her assortment of bags including a new pair of Loubs.

I have that scarf! The exact one, in the same colour and everything. I love it so much, its so soft and comfy. I wear it all the time. Mostly on the plane for long flights and when I'm sitting reading or something. I love it. haha sorry I just had to gush.
