I'm sorry but she is still ugly after all the plastic surgeries she has had, look at that ugly nose...it is HUGE

Heidi is definitely a beautiful girl but it always makes me so sad that she went and got a 'Hollywood-girl' plastic surgery make over and became another busty generic barbie clone, just like with Ashlee Simpsons surgery, her and Heidi were so cute and unique before, now they just look like 80% of everyone else in Hollywood. Sometimes i seriously cant tell the difference between Heidi, Ashlee (when she was blonde), Lindsay, Paris, Jessica, Catherine Heigle, Nicole, Misha, Fergie, Cameron, Christina etc they just become a generic blur of perfect barbie parts. Ok rant over!

I know people have a bad taste in their mouths about Heidi but honestly, she's really pretty (even if she is plastic in some places). I don't agree with the way she attracts publicity but as a person she is very pretty and in interviews she seems pleasant.
