Lindsay Lohan got a special visitor during her first day of work on the set of Labor Pains — Samantha Ronson of course. After spending most of the weekend apart and rumors of trouble between the two, LL looked overjoyed to see Sam on the set, and right after work the duo was off to spend their evening together. This time they were joined by Lily Allen at Il Sole.
