Nicole Richie is still going to her weekly traffic school — seriously. The reformed party girl slipped into an adorable summery dress and trotted off to her mandatory class in Van Nuys yesterday afternoon. I wonder if when Nicole's out making the reality show to find the next instant starlet ala Miss Richie she'll be looking for someone who will make as much trouble as she did in her day.
