Lauren Conrad doubled up on hydration on her way into the gas station before hitting the gym in LA yesterday. She didn't have any of her usual posse of friends by her side for her fit afternoon, but knowing LC the evening was spent with her girls. Earlier this week we had the pleasure of attending a tea thrown by Lauren in conjunction with Avon/Mark cosmetics to announce a new effort.
