Wowzers at the Whitney last night! Rachel Bilson looked smokin' hot in her mini Herve Leger dress. We found out she was hosting the Whitney Art Auction shortly after sadly being crowned the worst dressed at the Costume Gala, but it looks like Ms Bils redeemed herself tonight.
