Lauren Conrad was out with Lo in LA yesterday, after her trip to NYC where we had a chance to chat with her about her exciting newest project with Mark. The initiative is called m.Powerment and will support organizations against domestic violence, through sales from the "Have a Heart" necklace which is part of Lauren's new accessories line she designed — check out the necklace as well as the rest of her line here. Lauren also revealed her beauty tips including applying winged eyeliner.
