Britney Spears looked happy with her new hair extensions on her way out of B2V Hair Salon in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. At this point, we all know why Brit got a pretty new 'do — she's shooting her video for Madonna's tour this week. While we may have to wait until Madonna's tour kicks off next month to see the final product of what they create, hopefully we'll get a better idea of it when Britney gets to work.
