Paris Hilton looked flirty and girly in her floral maxi dress with sky blue accessories while out to dinner with Benji Madden last night. While it is nice to see a low-key Paris, she's still causing drama with her ex-BFF Nicole Richie. She and Joel live next door to Benji and apparently Nicole isn't thrilled that her once quiet neighborhood is now filled with paparazzi invited by Paris herself.
