Katherine Heigl went from a chain smoking lunch with her mom right into an afternoon of exercise in LA yesterday. As usual, Katherine showed off an odd dichotomy between totally healthy and totally not, but no matter how she treats her body in real life, Izzie Stevens' health is in question. After all the Emmy-related controversy, the newest rumor is that the writers are looking to kill off Izzie in order to get Heigl off the show.
