Mischa Barton took a break from her seemingly endless Keds tour (or is it just me who thinks that's been going on forever?) to show her support for the SAFE Campaign in London this week. SAFE is a skin cancer awareness campaign, which is something that the overly tanned starlet set should certainly be aware of (though, most of their tans are the spray variety). The dress is a little quirky, but that's what Mischa is all about.
