After spending the weekend frolicking and cuddling and then rolling around on the beach all topless with Balthazar Getty in Italy, Sienna Miller was spotted back in London smoking a cigarette Thursday. While Sienna looked like she was having a blast with Balth on their little lovefest vacation, I can't imagine that there's a whole lot of public love flowing Sienna's way these days. Even if she didn't get together with him until things had already dissolved with his marriage, the scene leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially hearing about his wife.
