She shouldn't be smoking around her sons, but she is in the process of taking them away. It's not like she gave them to him to play with.

i hate press like this for brit...how is it legal for someone to take that picture? i mean i don't care, if brit is evil for smoking in front of her kids so are ALL parents that smoke around their kids.
