Kate headed out to dinner at the Dorchester in London the other night in her favorite new look - a long skirt. Kate's new Topshop line is days away so of course people are trying to point out the negative. The latest reports are that Kate is being accused of copying her favorite pieces instead of coming up with ones of her own.
