Shia LaBeouf stepped out of the hospital in LA today to take a walk and unwind with a cigarette. This hasn't been his best week, but at least his friends and family still have his back as the media continues to speculate about his possible DUI. While we definitely don't condone his behavior if he was drinking and driving, it's hard not to feel sorry for the guy when his arm is all bandaged up like that.
