I guess even Rachel Bilson can't be best dressed all the time. That being said, R-Bils still managed to pull off her purple dress and wild bag in LA yesterday afternoon. Never one to miss a trend, Rachel of course had on her gladiator sandals and ever-present Wayfarers to go with those famous tousled waves.
