3I don't see it. Kate has a more of a "hipster" thing going, whereas Sienna's more boho-chic. I usually LOATHE anything that Kate wears, but Sienna's stuff, I would KILL to have... Including this whole outfit. Well really just the shirt b/c I have similar jeans & shoes.
4So I'll tell you: skinny jeans? Check. Large belt with thumbtack? Check. The indian style blouse with transparence? Check. The all mess it up hair? Check. The earings? Check. Big sunglasses? Check. You probably don't see it because if you hate Kate's stuf, you don't know what she wears... sorry...
