She looked smiley and stylish, showing how versatile that blue ikat skirt is after Rachel Bilson rocked it out to a club last week. Kate may seem to prefer being in a relationship to the single life, but it looks like she's found plenty of ways to keep herself happy and occupied since her breakup with Lance.
