Britney Spears spent another day shopping — this time it was her house getting decorated rather than her wardrobe — with her brother Bryan in Beverly Hills yesterday. The pop star picked up some candles and flowers, while we come to terms with the fact that she won't be lighting up the VMA stage (boo). Even Kim Vo, the hairstylist who talked about doing her hair for the show, admitted that his statements were just "theoretical."
