Hayden Panettiere turned 19 last Thursday and celebrated over the weekend with some girlfriends at her new house in LA. The girl of honor donned a b-day hat and necklace as well as a blingin' metallic bikini for the Sunday afternoon pool party. Hayden even brought her doggie in for a swim, though the pup doesn't look quite as thrilled about the dip as his actress owner.
