Jessica Simpson showed off sexy hair but tried a bit too hard with the outfit performing at the California State Fair in Sacramento last night. Jessica's plaid and turquoise help her country look, but now she's made her entrance into the genre official by joining the Country Music Association and adding more credibility to her new sound. Country may have helped Jess pull out of a tough place, but it has also gotten her back on stage like it's the first time with her state fair tour.
