Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were bundled up in the late NYC Summer, arriving back at their hotel last night. The duo have been laying pretty low since their mom dinner over the weekend, but of course, Lindsay's family never lets things get too quiet. Michael Lohan is speaking out about his daughter's relationship saying that he thinks Lindsay is drinking again and Samantha is to blame.
