Hilary Duff looked casual in sneakers around LA yesterday with a smile on her face, despite some trouble with her family. Hilary's parents are divorcing, and her mother Susan brought her father Bob in for a hearing in Houston yesterday where he ended up being sentenced to 10 days in jail for contempt of court. Susan was there to request $25,000 for Hilary's 21st birthday in September, saying it's how much Haylie received.
