Nicole Richie and Joel Madden spent the day shopping and house hunting around LA on Tuesday while Good Charlotte takes a break from their Summer tour. Looks like the happy couple is ready to put a little distance between their digs and Benji's, but there's no avoiding the celebrity run-ins when you live in LA. This proved especially true for Nicole, who had a somewhat awkward encounter when her former stylist Rachel Zoe was sitting just a few tables away from hers at Il Sole during a recent dinner with Kimberly Stewart.
