Kirsten Dunst spent the last few weeks out on the West Coast, but she was back in NYC yesterday lunching with a friend at Room 18. She may have had a fun fling while spending her Summer on the East Coast, but at this point it sounds like she's getting more serious with Justin Long. According to InTouch, Kirsten even bought him a $1,150 dog tag necklace as a sign of her affection.
