Heidi and Spencer can make almost any outing into an excuse for a photo op, and yesterday they saw a golden opportunity at a salon in Beverly Hills. Looks like Heidi even talked Spencer into getting his nails done, even though he seemed more interested in gabbing away on his iPhone. Afterward, they took to the red carpet for Operation Smile's 7th Annual Smile Gala, where they dressed in simple black and white.

lol I was there at the hotel when they were getting the pics done for this benefit. Mario lopez was there and he was a complete diva ewwww
