We've been pleasantly light on Paris Hilton news in recent weeks (say, compared to when she was in the news thrice daily), but that DUI that won't go away is apparently rearing its ugly head. We heard the rumor that Paris could face time for her repeated offenses, but I figured it highly unlikely that she would land in the clink. Today, the news broke that the city prosecutors working on her case will request that she be sentenced to 45 days in the big house, followed by time wearing an anklet monitoring her body's alcohol intake.
