I have to agree with amangel, but unfortunately I can tell she "powdered her nose" before she took her walk down that carpet.
Didn't Penelope Cruz wear a similar dress to the Golden Globes and pulled it off MUCH better?
It's pretty amazing that she can wear a Topshop dress from The Kate Moss line and make it looks like a million bucks. While It's very safe she looks pretty elegant.
