Salma was looking pretty fabulously pregnant this week as she left the Georges V hotel in Paris with Francois-Henri by her side. He was carrying some large shopping bags for his expecting fiancée, whose Gucci dress is looking totally adorable on her growing belly. Gucci must be a way of life these days since her man's the CEO of the company among other fabulous brands.
