Penelope was spotted in NYC the other day after being seen all over town with Josh Hartnett. The two supposedly snuck off to Turks and Caicos last month and though things seemed to cool down, apparently they are heating back up again. Page Six reports that Josh was seen "feeding fruit to Penelope Cruz as they made out at the Delancey bar."
