As suspected, rumors of rehab lured Nicole out of seclusion (or relaxation, as the case may be) to have a nice cheery little photo op out and about. Yesterday, we saw some pics of Nic supposedly taken within the past week, but with no specific date or time. These, however, are Nicole, full smile, out grabbing sushi and a manicure in LA with her assistant on Wednesday afternoon.
