Never one to lay low, Lindsay was seen the other day at The Ivy with the most obnoxiously large LV bag ever made. She must be hiding her alcohol in there since the under 21 year old was just busted for DUI early Saturday morning. X17 first reported the news and includes a time line of her partying throughout the evening.
