Sick of them yet? If you couldn't guess from Ellen Barkin's dress, the Ocean's 13 cast were out in Vegas last night to celebrate yet another premiere of the movie. This one, which served to open the film festival CineVegas, was one of their series of events to benefit Not On Our Watch, an organization that gives to currently existing Darfur Efforts.
