HAHAHA, this totally makes my day! i found it ridiculous that she got sent home and was able to be in luxury and have cupcakes and whatnot sent to her house. boohoo, its really tough being on house arrest if you are paris...

I don't feel the least bit sorry for her. That is exactly what needed to happen. Better yet, the judge should have reinstated her original 45 day sentence to be served IN JAIL. Any normal person out there who would have done what she did would have had no other recourse but to do the time. Why should she be any different???????????

In all honesty, this makes me want to cry. However, I do feel that Paris is like any other person out there, and she should face the consequences that anyone else would. It may be unfair, but not other Joe Schmo would get off after serving three days for an unidentified medical issue. There are several inmates who suffer through everything from AIDS to mental illness, and they are still in jail regardless.

So she's crying... SO WHAT! Nobody is happy to go to jail. And furthermore, I think it would be ridiculous NOT to make her serve the rest of her sentance. You can't cry your way out of jail. I can't feel for her she long deserves what comes her way. I hope she really does learn something though...and not just come out and be her normal self. Wow..I really fell sorry that she's a waste. She's an attractive woman that has the means to do something good in life, but she only cared for partying, doing drugs and sex tapes. I am not happy for what's she and specially her family are going through, but the law is the law and it must to be respected regardless of your social and financial status. I hope this experience can make her a better and more responsible person.

Completely ridiculous. The Judge is using Hilton as a tool. It's unfair to send her back once she has been released. At this point, I do feel bad for her. I think they are being way to harsh on her. Remember, her original blood alcohol level was only .08. The limit in CA is .08. With the known margin of error in a breathalizer machine, this entire case should have been thrown out. However, because the Judge is an Egotistical Jerk and wants to be in the spotlight, Paris has to suffer. It really is unfair.
