Kate Beckinsale was looking a little out of it after a dentist appointment in BH the other day. Luckily, she had her man to lean on, and to carry her purse. I just love these two together.

She looks like she's going to pass out. As for hubby Len- he looks oh so sexy and the fact that he's carrying her bag makes him that much hotter
