Well lookey here. It's a healthier looking Lohan hiking and enjoying the simple things in life like stopping to smell the roses. Even though Lindsay seems to be able to come and go as she pleases from rehab, it sounds like she's actually taking her stint at Promises a little more seriously this time around.
