Okay so maybe Britney hasn't been the best mom, and maybe the cigarette "toys" aren't the best thing for that little boy. I have to say... Good for you Britney, it's nice to see her acting relatively normal

I would feel better about her if she put her boys first. I can understand that adjusting to being a parent can be difficult when doing it while so young, however keeping them away from their grandmother and choosing to party over moving towards having more time with them feels like she is still going too far.

OK. That is NOT cute. (But I bet my smoking parents had cigs around me all the time when I was a baby.) Yuck. I just hate the smell of cigaretts smoke. So nasty.

Oh give me a break. Kids will grab anything they see. Big deal. She's not blowing smoke in his face nor is she allowing him to play with them. He's simply grabbing what is in front of him.

Smoking is a selfish choice. But when someone has children and chooses to smoke around them, it is multiplied times like 1000.

I don't think that he should be near those cigs at all. That isn't showing a good example.

As a child of a mother who smoked during her pregnancy and after. I was born with chronic bronchitis. I got it 4 times a yr. I was under weight and height my whole life. I have the cough - even now - of a man. I cannot go anywhere where they smoke or I end up getting bronchitis and have a cough that lasts at least a month - that is with medication. My sister was born with asthma.
Even if you are outside you can smell smoke and it will effect me. Yes there are worse things you can do as a bad parent. Such as what someone mentioned feeding your kids unhealthy food and wonder why they are fat. There is also the lack of discipline that parent's nowadays have adopted because they don't want to traumatize their children. Let me tell you raising brats and disrespectful children is traumatizing them and making them into ungrateful, disrespectful teenagers and adults. I have 2 children so I know what I am talking about. People tell me I am too strict and I expect too much from them but at least they know how to show respect to their elders and how to behave esp in public places. And yes, they are happy well rounded children. Just ask anyone who knows them. If people want to have children they need to grow up and take responsibility for how they end up. Britney's children may one day grow up to have no respect for her at all and that will hurt her more than she will know. We are supposed to be their parents, teaching them right from wrong and how to grow up to be respectable caring people. At 16 what was Britney doing - going around half dressed singing songs about sex. So who do you think is responsible for at least what started her down this path. Granted Brit has made poor choices her self but who were her role models and what did they expect from her?

As a mom this makes me sick. It's common knowledge that ciggarettes kill, and are harmfull, so what would make anyone think it ok. Even if people have done it before it doesnt make it right.

I agree with Clardye 100%, and isnt it true that second-hand smoking is dangerous than the person who is actually doing the smoking, you can still get cancer and so on....
