Penelope may have had some plane troubles a couple of weeks ago, but it looks like she finally made it overseas and landed in Paris. She left her hotel and headed out in the city of love to do a photoshoot for L'Oreal. After that, we're assuming that she'll finally make it to Barcelona to join Scarlett on the set of Woody Allen's new movie.
