Lindsay Lohan has officially left Promises after 45 days of rehabilitation. She wasted no time jetting off to Vegas and hitting Pure, the club that was supposed to host her 21st birthday. LL was spotted looking extremely happy with friends and a table full of water and Red Bulls.

7I think the girl on the right is Dori Cooperman -- disgraced NYC socialite and Lindsey's new bf @ Promises. Cooperman deposited a neighbor's check for $3400 and got caught.
